Molly started her film career at an early age. She developed her passion for
filmmaking through participating in a NYU summer film program offered to
high school students through Tisch School of the Arts. She returned to Tisch
the following year as an incoming freshman and began to build her resume
by working on productions throughout her college career. Molly worked on
several of the early productions of Alcon Entertainment, including THE AFFAIR
WITH THE NECKLACE
with Hilary Swank and Adrian Brody, as well as INSOMNIA
with Al Pacino, Robin Williams and Hilary Swank and Nick Cannon’s LOVE DON'T
COST A THING
. She then went into Alcon full-time as a production
executive and helped oversee the productions of the Mandy Moore film
CHASING LIBERTY and their successful family film, RACING STRIPES on location
in South Africa.Upon wrapping these two films she began to freelance in
production and during this time, she traveled to Baltimore to work on the teen
dance movie STEP UP for Summit & Disney as well as the pilot for ABC's TRAVELER.

Shortly after completing these two projects and following the tragic loss
of her oldest sister, Molly read the book, P.S. I LOVE YOU. The story, about a
woman's journey through grief, was one that Molly felt she was fated to bring
to the screen and she immediately chased down the project, which had been
set up but stalled at Warner Brothers. She brought the project to Alcon, and
the project took off from there. Molly produced the film along with Wendy Finerman
and together cast Hilary Swank to star. It was through the emotional experience
of making this film together, as well as the discovery that they shared many of the
same goals and interests, that Molly and Hilary decided to partner. A few short months
later, Molly became co-founder of 2S Films and she and Hilary continue to expand
upon their already impressive slate of projects.
